At Smart Driver Academy I guarantee that if any customer is not fully satisfied with the quality of service or they feel that their driving lesson has not fulfilled their expectations, then, they will not be charged.
"I respect my customers and I am determined that every one of my customers should be totally satisfied. I feel that they must have had a value-for-money experience every lesson. If that is not the case, I do not deserve payment".
This is a no-quibble guarantee. It applies to the current driving lesson and any pre-paid future lessons. Any lessons previously taken are not refundable, however if a client becomes dissatisfied part-way through a pre-paid block of lessons, the portion of unused lessons will be refunded in full at the pro-rata rate paid (less any discounts given).

Ways to pay: Cash, Paym, Pingit, Online, banking Apps, PayPal and for the moment cheques are still ok.
Cash payment on the day of the lesson is the traditional and most commonly used method of payment, and is payable at the start of the lesson. If you do not have cash on you, and want to stop at an ATM to collect some money, please explain that you need to do this at the start of the lesson so that provision can be made to stop at a cash-point.
Paym" or Pingit: We have registered with Paym (all major banks) and Pingit (Barclays) with our bank, so if you do the same in advance, you can then pay cashless in the car or at your convenience and for no charge, direct to the instructor's mobile phone number.
Online payments: Payments direct to our bank must be paid 1 working day or more in advance of your lesson in order to clear subject to your bank payments system.
Banking Apps: Some banks will make payment by 'faster payment' where the transfer is immediate, subject to a good signal. Payment in the car by banking Apps is accepted at the start of the lesson.

PayPal: Pay with your PayPal App and no currency conversion charges applies. PayPal Consumer T's&C's refer. Please take care NOT to pay to a business or use the Business App because additional charges apply. If you're not sure please ask before paying, thanks.
Credit / Debit card payments are currently NOT accepted.

Cheques: The use of cheques is being phased out by banks and, although they can still be used, this form of payment would be accepted only if no other option is possible. Cheques must be presented at least 5 working days in advance of a lesson in order to clear. If you wish to pay for your driving lessons by cheque, please discuss this option with your driving instructor before booking the lesson. If a cheque is returned unpaid, payment by cheque will no longer be accepted and you will be required to pay any bank charges incurred.
